Job Title: Temp Client Service Officer (New Business)

Temp Client Service Officer (New Business)

10 month contract
The role is an integral part of the New Business team which delivers a consistent first class service to the on-boarding of new clients.  This busy and varied role requires an individual who can prioritise, multi-task and work towards deadlines.
The role reports to the New Business Team Leader.
 
KEY DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Complete a range of administrative duties i.e. monitoring mail boxes and responding appropriately and timely/maintaining spreadsheets/preparing documentation and distributing.
• Support colleagues and business partners to ensure to meet company’s Service Level Agreements.
• On-board new clients, which involves client/ IFA contact, collection and understanding of CDD, preparing risk assessments, undertaking internet searches, processing fees and bank payments and the posting of financial data.
• Respond to questions and queries confidently and in a timely manner by email/telephone.
• Form strong working relationships with clients, colleagues and business partners.
• Complete any other duties, as requested, to assist the business in achieving its objectives.
 
COMPETENCIES:
• A proven high standard of accuracy and attention to detail.
• Strong organisational skills with the ability to efficiently multi task.
• Practical experience with Microsoft Office applications and an ability to adapt to bespoke systems.
• A firm understanding of the need to work under pressure to meet and achieve deadlines.
• The ability, both verbally and in writing, to display a confident and professional manner.
• An understanding of the need to develop and maintain strong working relationships with clients and external business partners, to ensure the company’s Service Level Agreements are achieved.
• Consistently work at the standard required by the team and business.
• The ability to work independently as well as part of a team
• Have a willing and flexible attitude to working hours to support team and business needs, as required.
